This tab can be used to order new things for your areas.
1- If it's OK, it's OK. If not: Something is wrong, the cell turns red and an indication of what it is will be given.
2- Overview of your areas, together with some other info.
3- Every area has a pull-down menu which you can use to select what you want to build (1 per area)
4- Overview of the facilities available in each area, as well as their respective output
Your control over an area has a direct influence over it's output, so it's important to try to keep this as high as possible.
When you try to annex an area, the following rule applies:
Trade-agreement: (10% of success / 10% locals will be hostile: 80% control
Diplomatic: (30% of success / 15% locals will be hostile: 70% control
Military Presence: (45% of success / 25% locals will be hostile: 60% control
Forcefull: (65% of success / 50% locals will be hostile: 50% control
If you have successfully prospected a new resource, it will be automatically added to the respective area. Remember that if you want to build more of the same resource there MUST be a road or rail present in the area.
It is NOT allowed to prospect for the same resource in the same turn more then once.
